How do I cancel my plan?

You have a right to cancel your plan at any time, without giving us any reason and without having to pay any cancellation fee.

You can cancel by contacting us via any of the below methods. Full details of how to cancel are included in our T&C's. Upon receiving your notice to cancel, we will refund you all the money paid within 30 calendar days of us receiving your notification.

Cancellations & Refunds

In the first instance, we will attempt to pay refunds to the person(s) the payments were received from, via the same payment method(s) in which they were received. If this is not possible, the remaining money will be refunded to the Customer.
